CLUB EVENTS & SOCIAL TRAINING SESSIONS
We have a weekly schedule of planned training sessions in Noosa, from open water swims
and track running, to yoga, transition training and group rides. Our training programme
also include events as/when they’re available.
It’s important to note that training sessions are open to the public, but only
Noosa Tri Club members can register for events. If you’re not already a
Noosa Tri Club member, you can join online quickly and easily.
Monday’s Am Noosa Tri Squad Noosa Aquatic Centre (NAC) 25m pool 5.30am to 7am
Tuesday’s Am Club Cycle Wind Trainer Squad Girraween Sports complex (5.30am to 7am)
Wednesday’s Am Run Squad 1hr – 6.00am to 7.00am (winter time) – 2 weeks at Girraween Sports Centre Run Track / 1 week Viewland Drive Hill reps in a rotating cycle (@ Girraween May – 12th / 19th) and Viewland Drive May 5th and 26th)
Pm Noosa Tri Squad Noosa Aquatic Centre (NAC) 50m pool 5.45pm to 7pm
Thursday’s Am Club Cycle Road circuits rotating – Girraween Crit Track efforts – May 6th and 27th / Hill reps Gyndier Drive May 13th / Each third Thursday through winter is another Wind Trainer session @ Girraween Sports Centre May 20th
Meet to start each Thursday @ 5.45am till 7am or just after – NOTE No TT through winter season.
Fridays Noosa Tri Squad Noosa Aquatic Centre (NAC) 50m pool 5.30am to 7am
Sundays 11am Social Ocean swim Noosa Main Beach 1.8km (or less) – meet Noosa SLSC
Swim Squads $10 to Coach Nick on the day after pool entry (no fee ocean swim)
Rides – WT Squad $10 (with WT from Nick on the day) / $8 – own WT and road sessions
