CLUB EVENTS & SOCIAL TRAINING SESSIONS
We have a weekly schedule of planned training sessions in Noosa, from open water swims
and track running, to yoga, transition training and group rides. Our training programme
also include events as/when they’re available.
It’s important to note that training sessions are open to the public, but only
Noosa Tri Club members can register for events. If you’re not already a
Noosa Tri Club member, you can join online quickly and easily.
Unfortunately, due to the current situation with Corona Virus (Covid-19)
all training sessions & events operated by the Noosa Tri Club have been modified to the following until further notice:
Monday’s Am Noosa Tri Squad Noosa Aquatic Centre (NAC) 25m pool 5.30am to 7am
Tuesday’s Am Club Cycle on Zoom (6am to 7am) – Bookings and payment through Coach Nick [email protected]
Wednesday’s Am Run Squad 1hr – 6am to 7am – 2 weeks at Girraween Run Track / 1 week Viewland Drive Hill reps in a rotating cycle (@ Girraween September 2 / 9 and 23rd and Viewland Drive September 16 and 30th).
Pm Noosa Tri Squad Noosa Aquatic Centre (NAC) 50m pool 5.45pm to 7pm
Thursday’s Am Club Cycle Road circuits rotating 3 Sept TT @ Eumarella Road / 10/9 Hill reps Gyndier Drive / 17/9 Girraween Crit Track efforts / 24/9 TT @ Eumarella. Meet to start each Thursday @ 5.45am till 7am or just after – a 5.30am to start warm up for TT each time at venue.
Fridays Noosa Tri Squad Noosa Aquatic Centre (NAC) 50m pool 5.30am to 7am
Saturday (every 3-4 weeks) Transitions Sat 12th – 5.45am meet to set up for 6am start – Noosa Heads Lions Park
Swim Squads $10 to Coach Nick on the day after pool entry
Rides – Zoom $10 / $8 road sessions
