Junior Training Sessions

Training sessions are open to all juniors, there is a fee involved. Payment is to coach Joe on the day.

*Members have the fixed cost of $130 per month (kids) and $200 (youth + junior***).

** Saturday and Sunday training sessions are subject to change on the weekends based on different phases of the season to improve results of specific races for each discipline.

*** Youth and junior athletes might receive additional training through training peaks based on their current level of fitness and ability.

Swim sessions are run through the Noosa Aquatic Centre swimming programs. Please contact coach Joe Fernandes to book a swim assessment for allocation into the correct squad or learn to swim level.

Coach Joe encourages at least two swim sessions per week for a better progression for kids (7-12 years old) and at least three swim sessions per week for youth and junior (13+ years old).

The main focus of the initial phase for every young athlete is skill development, working towards acquiring proper technique in each triathlon discipline.
